Our home, "Parrots' Roost" is a beautiful beach front home with two decks, both with great views of the
ocean, which is located just steps from your home on a private boardwalk.  The home has a private
gazebo with a swing bench, and has outdoor seating and dining areas.  It is located just
steps from the beach!

The top floor has a porch with outside dining table, and also contains a living area with TV with cable,
a kitchen, dining area, and one master bedroom with private ensuite bath and one queen bed.   
As we enjoy family gatherings at our home, we also have a dining table with seating for 12,
which - along with 3 seats at the breafast bar - can allow you to serve up to 15 people.  The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, coffee maker and dishware allowing you to prepare "home cooked" meals while on your vacation. 

The middle floor has a second master suite with two queen beds, a living area with TV, and an
ensuite bath.  On this same floor are two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds and sharing
a bath. On the middle floor, we have also equipped the master with a laptop computer, printer,
and game systems for the kids (on rainy days!)  We also have equipped our home with two
inflatable beds for overflow crowds!

On the lowest floor is a private apartment with it's own bath (some of our guests call it the "batcave"
as it is the quietest place in the house!) one full and one twin bed, as well as the laundry facilities
and garage.  The home comes complete with three TVs, internet access with wifi, and free phone
service (within North America), as well as cable TV. 

Outside the home, we have a wonderful gazebo, outside furniture, and both charcoal and gas
grills available for your use.
