All weekly rates for Parrot's Roost include end of stay cleaning and linens. while for nightly rates in these items are additional. In addition, we are obligated by law to collect both Atlantic Beach and Careteret County taxes on all rentals, which adds an additional 12% to the cost listed. Though we welcome pets, we do charge an increased security deposit and additional cleaning fee.
